I’ve PT’ed since 2004 and I love helping people get fitter, watching someone blossom under my tutelage is such a rewarding experience, for me, and the client of course gets stronger fitter and more confident!
With PT and coaching I generally like to sit down to have a chat with the client first, get an idea as to what makes them tick, look at their injury record and what excites them fitness wise.
My initial sessions last from 45 minutes to an hour and I like to assess someone’s mobility and strength before getting into any movement as such.
After those initial 3 sessions you should have a basic idea of how to engage your body properly and a pretty good idea of what Animal Flow and ZUU are.
